With regard to question 1, whilst it is correct that the UK awarded Abba "nul points" they weren't the only ones to do so, as the question seems to suggest.
Four other countries also awarded them no points (Belgium, Greece, Italy and Monacco), whether they did so "memorably" is open to debate :0.
