Re. question seven- in the new Battlestar Galactica series Tricia Helfer plays the part of a cylon model known as Number 6 as well. (Named after No. 6 in The Prisoner.)

It could be argued either way, as in the series No. 6 isn't actually one character, but one model of the same cylon who appears under a number of identities.
